Bar Etiquette

A bar works on a few unwritten rules, and here we have written them down. They bind the regulars, the guests and the barkeep alike.

The regulars

  • Every regular is a made-up adult in the span from 20 to 55, holding a job, a past and a mind of her own.
  • No regular plays a relative of yours, none is built on a living woman, and each has accepted whatever her coaster promises.
  • A sign is only flavour. It never decides what a woman will or will not do.

The guests

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Whatever portrays or hints at a person below 18 with a romantic or sexual slant is turned back, and the account may be closed for good. Nothing excuses it.
  • Do not ask for predictions about health, money, work or relationships. The stars here are entertainment and she will say so.
  • Anything resting on force, or taken from the private affairs of living people, is stopped whichever costume it wears.
  • If you write about hurting yourself, she puts the glass down and steers you toward real help. Do take it.

The evening

A romantic evening dims ahead of the explicit part, on every plan. The physicist, the actuary and the debunker are characters, so none gives real professional advice; for anything that matters, see someone qualified.

If someone gets thrown out

Write to the barkeep at the footer address and somebody with a pulse reads it. Accounts that keep brushing these rules aside can be closed.
